C-GGPN Low Flight Hours Explanation from the Owner
My father/current owner/pilot had to downsize from his Lear35 to the Baron due to Canadian Government restrictions on single pilot rules. He was in his 80’s when he started flying the Baron. The low hours are mostly due to the fact that Dad hated to travel but loved to fly. The Baron was flown regularly but only for a very short flight from his private hangar/private paved runway. Log book does not reflect the fact that Dad ran the engines to operating temperatures at a minimum of every three months to keep them lubricated, without taking to the air.
